These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AINDEMEX Pharmacy website (aindemex.com) and our in-store and remote pharmacy services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
AINDEMEX PHARMACY LTD (RC: 9523680) is a Nigerian retail pharmacy registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and regulated by the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria.
We are a brick-and-mortar retail pharmacy. This website is currently informational — it allows you to browse products, send prescription images for verification, and request pickup at our Ilorin store. Online ordering and delivery will be available once our PCN e-pharmacy licence is approved; until then, all transactions are completed at our physical location.
Prescription-only medicines (POMs) will be dispensed only against a valid, original prescription issued by a Nigerian-licensed medical practitioner. Photographs and PDFs are accepted for preparation purposes; the original prescription must be presented at pickup. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense any prescription we suspect is fraudulent, expired, or clinically inappropriate.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without notice. The final price at the counter is what applies. Payment is accepted in Nigerian Naira via cash, bank transfer, POS card, or recognised mobile-money channels. HMO claims are processed at the counter against valid HMO ID.
For safety reasons, dispensed medicines cannot be returned once they leave the pharmacy, except in cases of a dispensing error or manifest product defect, in which case we will replace the item at no charge. Unopened medical devices and OTC items in original packaging may be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase, with original receipt.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, AINDEMEX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
The AINDEMEX name, logo, and website content are owned by AINDEMEX PHARMACY LTD. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.
Use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kwara State.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
